Return Policy


The Company will accept the return of Products purchased via the Site for an exchange or store credit as set forth herein. Because Products are made to order, Company cannot offer refunds of any kind. This return policy (“Return Policy”) describes how you may return a Product to Company. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the same meanings given to them in the Site’s Terms of Use.

Returns and Exchanges.
If you receive a Product that is defective, you may exchange such Product for a replacement or the same Product or for store credit. We will pay the return shipping costs for defective Products for customers who reside within the continental United States. Company will be solely responsible for determining if a Product is defective.

If you are not satisfied with the size, color, or style of a Product, you may exchange such Product for a replacement Product of your choice, provided you are responsible for any difference in price. We are not responsible for shipping costs for Product exchanges.

Shipping.
To begin the process of returning a Product to us (a “Return”), please email us at returns@workers-supply.com within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the Product, including the full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address associated with the original purchase of the Product. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Company prior to you shipping such Return to us. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of any Product that does not meet our Return Policy set forth herein. Once we have approved your return or exchange, we will send you further instructions (“Return Authorization”). After your Return is received by Company, we send the exchange Product to you or issue a store credit to you equal to the retail price of the Return, as applicable. Returns shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be rejected and returned to you.

Returns must be shipped by you to us securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured. Our recommendation is that Returns be shipped via insured parcel post, UPS, or FedEx. We also recommend you record all tracking numbers for proof of delivery of packages for Returns. We take no responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that packages for Returns are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please note that we do not accept any packages for Returns that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).

Quality Craftsmanship
The Company stands behind the design, quality and craftsmanship of the Products that we sell via the Site. We will cover the costs to repair or replace a Product that is deemed by Company to be defective because of errors during the production of the Product and/or defects in the materials used to produce the Product (e.g., fabric, leather, hardware). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, a Product will not be deemed defective because of normal wear and tear, damage caused to the Product because of extreme use, disregard to the recommended care instructions for the Product, and/or using the Product for unintended purposes.
